777 RUBBERIZED FLASHING CEMENT — WET OR DRY

Lucas #777 Rubberized Flashing Cement is a premium grade trowel-applied flashing cement used to install, repair or rebuild roof flashings or parapet walls, gravel stops, stacks, vents, monitors and similar applications. #777 may be used with polyester fabric reinforcement for permanent repairs to asphalt and modified bitumen roofs. This product is may be applied to wet and underwater surfaces. It is manufactured from refined asphalt, SBS polymers, petroleum solvents, reinforcing fibers and a special water displacing additive. It applies fast and smooth and breaks cleanly off the trowel without stringing.
