Lucas #037 Modified Thermoplastic Roof Coating is a high-performance rubberized coating for repair of modified bitumen, asphalt, coal tar and gravel roofs. Intended for the resurfacing of asphalt, coal tar, and modified bitumen roofs. Manufactured from a blend of aromatic and aliphatic solvents, thermoplastic rubber and a proprietary blend of bitumens.

Water-based asphalt coating for sealing smooth surfaced asphalt roofs and concrete foundation walls. May be reinforced with Tietex® polyester for roof resurfacing. ASTM D-1227 Type III, ASTM D-1187 Type I, Class 1
