A 100% solids moisture curing modified urethane for below grade foundations and split slab construction. Easy to apply with a roller or trowel on damp or dry concrete. Formulated for horizontal and vertical surfaces. Meets ASTM C 836.

#4700 may be applied to concrete and masonry surfaces to provide a seamless waterproof membrane. This product contains no water, solvents, or economizing extenders such as asphalt or coal tar.
